What they won’t tell you about this
The location is simply breathtaking, allowing easy access to stunning beaches and nearby ruins. The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable!
Be prepared for unexpected fees and inconsistent management response when issues arise. Some amenities lacked, and we experienced challenges with room conditions. This could better reflect the hotel's potential!

This place was just a great fit for a whistle-stop in Tulum with high value for money. The beach access is stunning, which made our quick visit worthwhile. Bring extra water as there's no place nearby to buy it easily.

great location but minor inconveniences
The location was breathtaking, immersed in nature. I appreciated how easy it was to access the stunning beach, with rental bikes available for exploration. Our Standard Bungalow was cozy, providing a lovely garden view that added to the tranquility of our stay.
However, I found the shower to have low water pressure.

Ideal Beach Family Retreat
We spent 8 nights enjoying amazing beachfront access and delectable food like guacamole and grilled shrimp. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the ambiance was perfect! Pro tip, arrive before 6 am or after 5 pm to avoid park fees. Highly recommend this unique getaway!

missingWrote a review on Aug 12friendly staffno fridgeoutrageous bar prices
The staff were friendly and attentive.
I had multiple issues during my stay that were unbearable. The room had neither fridge nor access to drinking water. The bathroom setup was absurdly impractical, with a tiny basin lacking shelves, forcing us to store items on the floor. To top it all, the bar prices were outrageous, charging $7 for a small beer while you can't escape the ear-piercing music from the beach bar.

missingWrote a review on Jul 04beautiful beacheasy accesslimited amenitiespoor dining optionsroad maintenance
Staying in a bungalow with a charming hut concept felt immersive and connected to nature. The beach was stunning, and the easy access to Mayan ruins added to the adventure. However, it was disappointing that amenities were quite basic and the limited dining options left something to be desired. The road leading back to the hotel was not well-maintained, requiring a longer route, which detracted from the overall experience.
